Rates for campsites and RV sites are based on double occupancy. Rates for cabin rentals are for up to four people. Additional guests will be charged an extra fee. Please see the rates page for more information. If requesting a specific site for your visit, we will do our best to honor your request, though we can make no guarantees. CANCELLATION POLICY

At the time of reservation, for a one night stay, we require a 100% deposit. For stays longer than 1 night we require a 50% deposit with balance due at check-in. DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.Please see our website for company polices. CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT TIMES: Check-in for RV SITES is 1:00 p.m. - Check-out is 11:00 a.m. *ANY EARLY CHECK-IN OR LATE CHECK-OUT IS SUBJECT TO A $25 FEE. NO EXCEPTIONS.
